Upon Client's order approval, FourthWall will invoice Client for the Estimated Obligation. The Client is required to alert FourthWall with any significant campaign modification. Fourthwall Reserves the Rights to Audit.
If Reach and Frequency Analysis is selected, Client must meet a minimum of delivered impressions to ensure effective measurement and privacy.
Client is responsible for all 3rd party data fees, matching costs, activation and delivery fees. FourthWall will communicate the final fees, if any, for client approval.
